Lovely modern and amazing hotel!

Everything was high quality, spotlessly clean hotel, absolutely perfect location close to the city center. Large beds and central heating, a laptop-size safe and flat-screen TV🙂

Located minutes from city center, wonderful breakfast, clean new rooms, helpful staff, luxurious feel, plentiful parking.

All was perfect.

The favourable and excellent location was so close to Nowik Palace in Bialystok. The room we had was reasonably spacious with wide selection of dishes and the staff was extremely friendly.

The room had everything I needed: coffee, tea, iron, ironing board, and modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. The gym had modern equipment, and the breakfast was simple but fresh and tasty with a good range of meals.

The elevator was slow, and there were no children's channels on the TV. The Wi-Fi sign-in was quirky, and the information provided by a new staff member at registration was not helpful.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was unbeatable. We were just a stone's throw away from all the best restaurants and bars in town. we loved the spacious and clean rooms, complete with air conditioning and great sound isolation. the breakfast spread was also one of the best we've had, with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

While our stay was fantastic overall, there were a few minor drawbacks. the new staff member at the front desk struggled with English and couldn't provide us with all the information we needed.
